Balance Bikes Canada Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund on the product (shipping fees to return at customer expense). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or a defective item that we cannot repair or replace).
If your ordered qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, shipping fees paid to ship your item will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If your product is still in a new and unused condition, it qualifies for return. Just send it back to us with no questions asked.
Important Information about Returns:
- An open box does not disqualify a product from return. It’s okay to open the box to verify the colour, model, size or fit of a product. However, any signs of use, wear or missing items will disqualify an item for return.
- All items including the warranty card, manual, small parts and original inner packaging must be included in the return and in their original condition.
- We recommend that you assemble and test the bike indoors for fit to ensure the product remains in good condition before you take it out for a spin. Once it hits the pavement, the bike is no longer considered new.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We ship to Canadian addresses only. Our standard shipping options are Canada Post Standard. Expedited shipping options are available upon request.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. Prior to shipping, we will contact you to provide you with a shipping quote.
Please note that all bikes ship in their original packaging which can include a photo of the bike on the box.

Curb-side pick-up is available at our Mississauga South location. When placing your order, write local pick-up on your order comments or call 905-271-4544 for more information. We will contact you once your order is ready for pick-up.
